Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a straightforward 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items. Our goal is to ensure you have the tools you need to get the job done, with complete confidence in your purchase.

Please Note: For the safety and integrity of our product line, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Cutting Tools: This includes Axes, Bolt Cutters, and any tool with a cutting blade or edge that cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons once used.
  • Files & Punches: Due to their nature of use on metal surfaces, these items are considered non-returnable.
All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our facility.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds to your PayPal account are typically processed within 3-5 business days and should appear immediately.
